Carole's top priority within Sound N' Shore Properties is to approach every client relationship with integrity and professionalism. She stays focused on her client's needs, provides them with expertise and helps them make informed decisions regarding current market conditions.
A Northwest native and South Sounder, Carole was born and raised on Vaughn Bay. She grew up in "the business," as her father owned and operated a successful real estate and development company in Gig Harbor. Married and the mother of three boys, Carole and her family currently live in Tacoma.
During her twenty year business and entrepreneurial career, Carole has been actively involved in many innovative marketing initiatives promoting business and product concepts throughout Western Washington. As past owner of a successful food manufacturing and distribution company, and recent Director of Marketing for a local downtown restaurant and brewery, Carole brings a "hands on" understanding of the commercial growth and direction currently taking place in Tacoma.
Carole's enthusiasm for Tacoma's future gives her reason to say "the financial opportunities available in our community's real estate market are limited only by our imagination."

Patrick was raised in Tacoma, Wa., attended Washington State University - and graduated with a degree in Business Marketing in 1985. He jumped right into the real estate business after college working for a commercial brokerage that specialized in multi-family properties in the Puget Sound Region.
During his time in commercial real estate Pat came across the Harmon Building and spent the next three years as the assistant to the General Contractor converting the 9 story, turn-of-the-century warehouse building into a contemporary mixed use space.
He then put together a partnership and formed the Harmon Brewing Co., LLC and located the restaurant/brewery in the 8000 sq ft of retail space in the Harmon Building. After 7 years he still owns the business.
Pat formed Sound and Shore Properties with Carole in 2004 and they have located their headquarters at 759 Market Street in Downtown Tacoma
